1. A special purpose vehicle (limited liability company) is established for investments, in which the Investor/Partner holds 100% of shares and holds a position in the management board. Coordinator from BCOSMOPOLITAN SA takes the second position in the management board or has been granted a power of attorney Q2022 2023 - QXNUMX XNUMX
2. The Investor/Partner pays the capital necessary to purchase the land and incur the first design/administrative costs to the company. It will be PLN 1,9-2 million in Q2022 2023 - QXNUMX XNUMX

4. The investor contributes the remaining amount to the company for the implementation of construction works in tranches, according to the schedule of works from Q2023/Q2024 2 to QXNUMX XNUMX, the remaining amount of PLN XNUMX million (the amount may be reduced by partial tranches from the escrow account from the sale of apartments)
